Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cocoa bliss powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of rice cereal
  • A pinch of salt

 

Preparation

To begin the process, put the coconut oil and cacao powder in a saucepan and give low heat to melt and mix them. When they turn into a mixture, add maple syrup, vanilla and a pinch of salt into it and blend them again for a good mix. Add the rice cereal to this mixture and whisk it well. The substance is ready for the bars. Take a bread pan of 9X5 and place a parchment paper in it. Pour the mixture on the paper and level it evenly. To make the chocolate bars solid, put them into freezer for almost fifteen minutes.

Once the substance gets cool and solid, remove the parchment paper and cut the bars into pieces. Your chocolate crunch bars are ready to enjoy. It is only a process of few minutes that provides you the best healthy food to enjoy as dessert.
